The year was 1969. It was a man, his wife, a truck and a phone that sat on the kitchen counter. And boy did that phone ring: beginning at breakfast, through lunch, and of course, through dinner. “Hello, Ziegler’s” is what the four “Zig kids” grew up hearing and saying.
Ken Ziegler, Master Plumber and founder of Ziegler Plumbing & Sewer, Inc., loved and respected his work and instilled these same values in his family. In their early years, the boys—Steve and Ron—were each plumbers’ helpers, but by their early teens, they were Master Plumbers. Ken taught his kids to be trustworthy; to be honest; and to never quit until a job was finished.
When he handed the business over to the next generation, Ken knew it was in good hands. And now, over forty years later, when you call, you’ll still hear the familiar “Hello, Ziegler’s.” Except now, not only do Ken's children greet you, but his grandchildren, and even some honorary members of the Ziegler family as well.
